"Gravity" is a song by Type O Negative, included on their second album The Origin of the Feces, released in 1992. This is the altered version of "Gravitational Constant" played as the final track of the last album Slow, Deep and Hard.
The only difference from the original version is added sound of mermaid and ambulance siren at the end about Pete saying about that there's may be a bomb in the building and urging people to leave the building instead of just standing in place, mirroring the experiences at the Slow, Deep and Hard tour. There's a short break around four minutes into it where Pete say to the crowd 'relax, relax' before the third canto starts. This song is about suicide. The first canto, "Unjustifiable Existence", contains hard rock riffs, while the fourth canto, "Antimatter: Electromechanical Psychedelicosis", is instrumental. The organ-fested second canto, "Looking to Die", is exclusive to this song.
Lyrics
Canto I: Unjustifiable Existence
One two three four I don't wanna live no more Well I've got no more reason to live And I've got no more love to give Tonight's the night I'll paint the town red I'll put another hole through my head Existence Unjustifiable Unjustifiable Unjustifiable existence Unjustifiable existence Kill yourself Now I feel the weight of a world on my back I've seen the future The future looks black It's what I must do I have no reservations Ain't talk about self preservation Existence Unjustifiable Unjustifiable Unjustifiable existence Unjustifiable existence Grav Crushing me Grav Crushing me Crushing me Crushing me
Canto II: Looking to Die
I can see that I can see that Die... die... die Die... die... die Die... die... die Die
Canto III: Acceleration (Due to Gravity)
Yeah I feel something pulling Forcing me between myself and the ground Of all the nightmares that ever came true I'm feeling gravity Existence Unjustifiable Unjustifiable Unjustifiable existence Unjustifiable existence Grav Crushing me Grav gravity Crushing me Crushing me Crushing me Crushing me Crushing me
Canto IV: Antimatter: Electromechanical Psychedelicosis
